publish an ad or for typographical error or
errors in publication except to the cost of that
portion of the ad wherein the error occured. For
errors, omissions, or failure of an ad to
appear, you MUST notify the American Classifieds
office by the Monday following publication.
American Classifieds reserves the right to
refuse any ad or an ad we think questionable or
not in good taste. American Classifieds shall
not be liable for any content of an ad placed by
